There are 3 approaches to improve health by science & technologies: gene-revising, combination of man and computer, and super multi-dimension.
Applying the combination of man and computer makes the deaf could hear, the blind person could see, and the normal person could have the super capabilities to see and hear a long way off. All these would not be dreams but could be realized and become the main subjects of science.
